ReplyDeleteWe really, really liked how organized your post was. It's very easy to navigate.
The characteristics that we felt needed most improvement were Contrast and Intensity, because you understood how to use the methods of applying these characteristics, for example there is evidence you used reflectors, but they didn't change the overall composition very much.
At this point in time there's no evident voice yet, you're still trying to find your style as photographer. It's interesting to see how over time, you learned how to better apply the five characteristics into your photos. As far as taking pictures of bottles vs. taking pictures of the diversity between light and shadow, there were varied results. In some of the photos, our focus was more on the bottles themselves, and with others we saw more of the lights and shadows and how they affect the composition. By far our favorite photo was direction picture #9, because of how dramatic and diverse the lighting was, and how the overall picture felt.
Overall, Good Job!
The blog was organized in a good way and easy to understand, and the addition of placing the light potions made it even easier to understand what was going on. Each photo was carefully organized and were in focus, they also showed your understanding of each characteristic. With the strongest photo being from Direction being number 8, because of how the bottles were placed and how the light was reflected. In the end all of the photos from each characteristic were executed greatly.
