  1. I love the photos you took for the “You know Better” exposures. I liked how the intentional shake of the 2nd photo came out as well as the darker exposures towards the bottom they are all very beautiful!

    1. Thank you Annaleehsa! The second image with initial shake was one of my favorites, so I'm glad to have positive feedback about it.

  2. Experimenting with you know best I really got a good grasp of how to use shutter and aperture. I tried to push the boundaries of aesthetics by intentionally trying to shake, underexpose, and over expose images. My favorite image was you know best 1/4 at F32 which had a jaw with teeth in the picture. I found this to be my favorite because using an intentional shake I made a kind of texture on the image which I felt was aesthetically pleasing.

  3. Hi Hailey!

As Annaleesha and yourself have expressed, your second image is also my favorite in "You Know Better". Your use of underexposure and camera shake make this photo dramatic and fun to look at. Despite having similar colors between the subject and the tablecloths, your use of shadows/highlights and the texture differentiate the two well. Your camera shake adds a degree of personality and drama. You executed this skill well.

    Well Done!

  4. Hi Hailey, I really like how dark some of your phots are. Although they may be a bit underexposed they show so much detail in them! I really like your 6th you know better photo, I like the very slight blurry edge straight into the detail of the bone. Great job!
