Hi Hailey!
ReplyDeleteI know you mentioned that a majority of your photos were relatively manmade. This was due to your work schedule and you only being able to be around your apartment. One of your favorite photos was the Midday photo 4. Another one of your favorites was Golden hour 7. You mentioned you loved the graffiti and the repetition. One of my favorites was golden hour photo 1. I also heard you mention that you struggled the most with your blue hour and mixed lighting photos.
Good Work!
Hi Hailey,
ReplyDeleteI really like the compositions that you created in your midday photos. I think all of the photos contain a similar theme which is lines cutting through the image. I think this does a good job of drawing the viewer's eye throughout the photo and creating rhythm. I also really liked your golden our photos and that you were able to make interesting images out of everyday settings. Some of your photos it is hard to tell what the object in the image is but they are still very interesting to look at and are very creative. A lot of your photos contain a lot of texture which I think gives them depth. My favorite photo of yours is of the berries. I think this photo really demonstrates The depth that you can capture.
Hi Hailey!
ReplyDeleteIn your presentation you mentioned you were limited to where you were shooting and that you chose man made objects. Even though you stayed in one place you did a great job making all of your photos very dynamic and interesting. I love all the close up photos and your ability to capture texture as well as depth. I really enjoyed the repetitions of the shadows of that fence as well as the Golden Hour 7 photo! It came out really cool! I thought your photos were very ominous and I really like the color tones that all of your photos possess. I too struggled with the mixed lighting photos as you mentioned, but my favorite in the set is number 6 because of the blurred light in the background! Nice job :)
